As part of Guardian Angels Catholic Church’s 150th anniversary celebration, those baptized at the Chaska church are invited to attend a mass at 5 p.m., Saturday, July 12; or 8 a.m., 10 a.m. and noon, Sunday, July 13 (noon services in Spanish).
At the services, both current and former parishioners can renew baptismal vows.
Participants can bring parents, godparents, grandparents, and friends, as well as mementoes, religious articles, and photos from their baptism for a blessing (placing them on the two side altars before Mass), according to a Guardian Angels press release.
There are receptions after these Masses, as well as a group photo of those baptized at Guardian Angels.
Guardian Angels is at 215 West Second Street. For more information, call (952) 227-4000.
