Applications are being accepted for the title of Mrs. Carver County 2009

Mrs. Carver County will have the honor of representing the county at the Mrs. Minnesota pageant, which will be held at Ritsche Auditorium, March 14 and 15, 2009 in St. Cloud.

According to an “International Pageant” press release, the woman chosen as Mrs. Carver County “will receive official title and sash.”

The woman chosen as Mrs. Minnesota will receive a prize package worth $7,000, the release stated.

The current reigning 2008 Mrs. Minnesota is Leisha Gust of Burnsville.

Competitions includes:

* Personal interview

* Aerobic wear

* Evening gown.

“There is no talent or swimsuit competitions,” notes the press release.
