March 22 flood update

The City of Chaska and Carver County issued their latest flood updates this morning:  

On the Minnesota River at Chaska the reading this morning was 29.41ft with a flood stage of 18ft.

The Chaska location indicates an approximate 2.75 ft rise in the last 48 hours.

The current flood forecast from the National Weather Service indicates a crest level for the Minnesota River at 29.50ft (Chaska reading) on or near Wednesday, March 24th.

On the Minnesota River at Jordan the reading this morning was 31.47 ft. with a flood stage in Jordan of 25 ft. The Jordan location indicates an approximate 0.64 ft rise in the last 24 hours.

The current flood forecast from the National Weather Service indicate a crest level for the Minnesota River at 31.5 ft. (Jordan reading) on or near Tuesday March 23rd. This prediction falls in the moderate flood stage.

March 21 
Carver County issued its latest flood update this morning:
On the Minnesota River at Jordan the reading this morning was 30.83 ft. with a flood stage in Jordan of 25 ft.
The Jordan location indicates an approximate 1.27 ft rise in the last 15 hours.
The current flood forecast from the National Weather Service indicate a crest level for the Minnesota River at 31.4 ft. (Jordan reading) on or near Tuesday March 23rd. This prediction falls in the moderate flood stage. 
All road closures remain the same. The City of Chaska did not provide a flood update today. 
March 20 

The City of Chaska and Carver County issued their latest flood updates earlier today: 

On the Minnesota River at Chaska the reading this morning was 26.60ft with a flood stage of 18ft.

The Chaska location indicates an approximate 2.27 ft rise in the last 24 hours.

The current flood forecast from the National Weather Service indicates a crest level for the Minnesota River at 29.40ft (Chaska reading) on or near Thursday, March 25th.

On the Minnesota River at Jordan the reading this morning was 29.56 ft. with a flood stage in Jordan of 25 ft.

The Jordan location indicates an approximate 1.33 ft rise in the last 15 hours.

The current flood forecast from the National Weather Service indicate a crest level for the Minnesota River at 31.2 ft. (Jordan reading) on or near Monday March 22nd. This prediction falls in the moderate flood stage.
