Florence Muonio
Florence Muonio, 85, of Chaska, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2008 at the Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia of congestive heart failure.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 18 at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church in Minnetonka. Burial was on Thursday, June 19 at the Sunrise Memorial Park in Duluth, Minn.

Charles Wellens Sr.
Charles Wellens Sr., 84, of Shakopee, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2008 at his home.

Charlie was born Oct. 16, 1923 to John and Elizabeth (Rief) Wellens in Chaska. Charlie served in the Army as a Tech 4 Tank Operator in the Pacific Theatre during W.W.II. He married Am Doerr on Aug. 11, 1951. He operated a dairy farm outside of Shakopee for 38 years. Since his retirement, Charlie enjoyed fishing, trapping, 4-wheeling and his grandkids.
Loved and forever missed by his six children, Chuck (Melode) Wellens, Bobbie (Scott) Lindemann, Bonnie Wellens, Bev (Dale) Rudolph, Daniel Wellens, Brenda (Tom) Ginter; eight grandchildren, Anita (Gregg) Frey, Karla (Mark Preister) Lindemann, Kurt Lindemann, Jacob, Jon and Matt Rudolph, Melissa and Nick Ginter; two great-grandchildren, Hope and Jordan Miller; three sisters, Delores Wellens, Arlene Steiner, Betty (James) Moran.
He is proceeded in death by wife, Am; parents; siblings, Audrey Tholen, Germain Wellens, James Wellens and Vernice Kopp.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 26, from 4-8 p.m. at St. Mary of the Purification Catholic Church, Marystown, and also one hour prior the service at church on Friday.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, June 27, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary of the Purification Catholic Church, Marystown. Interment will be at Marystown Catholic Cemetery, Marystown.

Harold M. Felt
Harold “Harry” Felt, 71, of Cologne, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at The Good Samaritan Center in Waconia.
Funeral service held Monday, June 23, at 11 a.m. at West Union Lutheran Church, Carver, with the Rev. David Knox officiating. Interment at West Union Lutheran Cemetery, Carver. Casketbearers were Jim Johnson, Larry Johnson, Larry Behnke, Harlan Schultz, Manley Vinkemeier, Gary Schmidt, Henry Koepp, and Bob Gray.
Harry was born Dec.12, 1936 in Minneapolis, the son of Walfred A. and Anna F. (Erickson) Felt. Harry was baptized and confirmed at West Union Lutheran Church in Carver. On Nov. 22, 1958 Harry was united in marriage to Gladys B. Sauter at West Union Lutheran Church in Carver by the Rev. M. Linnerson. He was a graduate of Waconia High School, class of 1954. He then enlisted in the U.S. Army and served from January 1955 to January 1957. He was a member of the Belle Plaine American Legion Post 144. Harry was a sports enthusiast enjoying bowling, golfing, softball and baseball. He was also an avid bird watcher and gardener. Harry was employed at Dahlgreen Golf Course in Chaska and Behnke Machines in Belle Plaine. Harry was a loving husband, dad, son and brother.
Harry is preceded in death by his mother and father; brothers, Howard, Milton and Vernon Felt; sister, Millie Carrol; infant twins; niece, Gretchen Watkins; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Caroline and George Sauter; brother-in-law, Harold Sauter.
Harry is survived by his loving family; wife, Gladys; son, Scott Felt of Cologne; sister, Lorraine Maio of El Cajon, Calif.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Raymond and Edna Felt of Bloomington, Gordon and Joan Felt of Waconia, Margie Felt of Waconia, Beverly Felt of Chaska, Joan Felt of Chaska; brother-in-law and wife, John and Irma Carroll of Grand Rapids; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law Ethel and Jim Peters of Mesa Ariz., Bernette Sauter of Cologne; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
